Returns and Refund Policy

If you have tried ROCKJAW and are not satisfied with it's purpose, contact us at support@rockjaw.co.uk for additional tips on how to use it correctly. 

In the case of returns, we will ask you to send the product back along with your order number, printed. We do not accept returns if you are not satisfied with the flavour of choice.

ROCKJAW is made from mastic gum - which is susceptible to melting. We do not refund orders that have melted as it is advised to store it in a cool and dry place. If the product does melt, store in the fridge for a few hours for the gum to regain it's integrity. 

The money back guarantee ONLY applies to ONE of your ROCKJAW items (one tin). Other items can only be returned if unopened, excluding the Trio package.

Buyer must cover return shipping costs.

ROCKJAW holds all rights in determining refunds and not all circumstances will be covered by us. We will not reimburse orders delivered to the wrong address, misspelt information & in some cases, pre-orders.

Refunds may take several days to appear.
