Countries Applicable: This returns policy applies to UK, USA & All Other Countries.

Return Acceptance: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including buyer's remorse, within the specified conditions below.

Return Conditions:

  • Product Condition: We accept returns for items in new, unused condition. Products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Return Window: You have 30 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Method: Returns must be made by mail. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive instructions.
  • Return Label: The customer is responsible for printing and attaching the return label. The item must be sent back to our designated return address.

Steps for Returns:

  3. Print and attach the return label, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
  4. Send the package via the instructed mail method.

Fees and Refund Details:

  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.
  • Defective/Damaged Products: No fees apply for defective or damaged items.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the currency will match the purchase currency.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items in new condition within the same 30 Day window. To exchange a product, please follow the return process steps and indicate your wish to exchange the item.

Exclusions: This policy does not apply to items marked as final sale, personalized products, or items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
