Some customers are unable to open their ROCKJAW units. To combat this, we recommend using a jar opener, a towel or a rubber band to open the lid.
If you are still unable to open the ROCKJAW unit, pierce a hole at the top of the lid and empty the contents into a separate container. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
